Mining Museum Ridnaun - Schneeberg
The Schneeberg mine, the highest-altitude mine in Europe, and the longest yielding in the Alps
(silver, lead and zinc have been mined here for about 800 years), may now be visited. The mining tools both above and underground between Ridnaun Valley and Passeier Valley have been preservedin their original conditions, and can even be worked.

Provincial Museum of Hunting and Fishing in Wolfsthurn Castle, Mareit
The only genuine Baroque castle in South Tyrol, still in private ownership. Dioramas, paintings, weapons etc. Magnificent Gobelin tapestries and original furniture owned by the von Sternbach family. Special Room of Wonders for children.

Gilfenklamm-Gorge
One of the real spectacles of nature is the "Gilfenklamm" gorge, a precipice where water crashes along the pure white marble walls and then flows out of the valley. Thanks to the newly built stairways, bridges and parapets, the gorge can be visited from Stanghe.
